David A. Herrera
President
The son of a diplomat, David grew up in Spain, Mexico, Chile and his native Southern California. His early career path included stints as a limousine company owner, flower shop de-thorner and microsystems coordinator for Ernst & Young in Madrid. He joined CAM Services in 1991, working his way up to company president in 2003, a position which he holds today. In 2015, David was also named president of Omnia Pacific Construction, a subsidiary of CAM harnessing more than 40 years of construction experience in its mission to refresh and rejuvenate commercial properties across Southern California. A past president of ACRE Southern California and an active member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization), David holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and an MBA from Pepperdine. He enjoys golfing, yoga and biking on The Strand in the South Bay.
Jeff Hellerud
Director of Construction
In his 40 years of construction experience, Jeff has built more than 300 shopping centers from the ground up in California, Nevada, Colorado and Utah. The South Bay native has a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology/construction from Long Beach State. He previously served as director of construction for CalAsia Property Development and as an architectural draftsman and industrial project manager at Martin Builders. When he isn’t building stuff, Jeff is an avid golfer who also likes camping, fishing, NASCAR and sprint cars.
Phil Palisoul
Business Developer
Phil has over 7 years of industry experience, working in project management at Craig Realty Group based out of Newport Beach, CA. He worked on a variety of projects including: Woodburn, Citadal, Outlets at San Clemente, Cabazon, and Green River. He has experience managing all facets of the construction process, including budget controls, entitlement processes, and bid processes for projects of all sizes.
Brent Dufine
Senior Project Manager
An L.A. native and USC grad, Brent spent 21 years as a real estate supervisor and billboard maestro at Clear Channel Outdoor before joining Omnia Pacific. He has also worked as director of real estate services for Centers Business Management. Outside of work, he plays first base in a men’s softball league, coaches his two daughters’ soccer teams, enjoys attending Dodgers games, and roots for USC’s football team.
Andrew Martinez
Construction Project Supervisor
Andrew was one of CAM Property Service’s top performers in both 2021 and 2022, which prompted a promotion to his current position with Omnia Pacific. Prior to joining the team, he worked for several years at Ruevac Property Services, initially as an Account Manager. He was also a member of the Carpenters’ Union from 2012 to 2015, specializing in metal framing and drywall for projects such as the Disneyland Hotel and Placentia Elementary School. A dedicated family man with a wife and daughter, Andrew is an avid baseball and golf fan who enjoys running and being outdoors. He completed his first marathon in February 2023.
