Our Leadership Team

David A. HerreraPresident

David joined CAM Property Services, Omnia’s parent company in 1991, working his way up to President in 2003. David expanded CAM’s service offerings and market territories across Southern and Central California. In 2015, David rebranded and restructured CAM’s construction/handyman division into a new company, Omnia Pacific Construction, which provides Tenant Improvements, ADA Compliance and Remediation, and Shopping Center Remodel and Refresh Services.

Jeff HellerudDirector of Construction

In his 40 years of construction experience, Jeff has built more than 200 shopping centers from the ground up in California, Nevada, Colorado and Utah. The South Bay native has a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology/construction from Long Beach State and previously served as director of construction for CalAsia Property Development. When he isn’t building stuff, Jeff is an avid golfer who also likes camping, fishing, NASCAR and sprint cars.

Phil PalisoulDirector, Development and Projects

Phil has over 7 years of industry experience, working in project management at Craig Realty Group based out of Newport Beach, CA. He worked on a variety of projects including: Woodburn, Citadal, Outlets at San Clemente, Cabazon, and Green River. He has experience managing all facets of the construction process, including budget controls, entitlement processes, and bid processes for projects of all sizes.

Gabrielle AguirreAssistant Project Manager

As a dedicated Assistant Project Manager, Gabrielle has a commitment to integrity and a visionary approach. She’s consistently excelled in her role, ensuring the seamless execution of construction projects. She is inspired by the beauty and functionality of architecture from around the globe and leverages this global perspective to bring innovative and sustainable solutions to the projects she manages. She has explored different corners of the world but has found a home at Omnia Pacific Construction. Whether on-site or behind the scenes, her dedication to the construction industry and her unique perspective makes her an asset to any project.

Andrew MartinezConstruction Project Supervisor

Andrew was one of Omnia Property Service’s top performers in both 2021 and 2022, which prompted a promotion to his current position with Omnia Pacific. Prior to joining the team, he worked for several years at Ruevac Property Services, initially as an Account Manager. He was also a member of the Carpenters’ Union from 2012 to 2015, specializing in metal framing and drywall for projects such as the Disneyland Hotel and Placentia Elementary School. A dedicated family man with a wife and daughter, Andrew is an avid baseball and golf fan who enjoys running and being outdoors. He completed his first marathon in February 2023.

Brisa BeltranBranch Administrator Supervisor

With a rich background in streamlining operations, managing billing systems, and overseeing the onboarding of new clients at Omnia Pacific, Brisa has proven instrumental in enhancing the company’s efficiency. Prior to joining Omnia, she spent six years as a marketing coordinator for a prominent grocery supplier, where she honed her strategic marketing skills. Brisa’s comprehensive expertise, coupled with her dedication to excellence, positions her as a key leader in driving success and innovation in our organization.
